DOB:
Encore was a very tall, back and white, sweet tempered buck. He LA'e at 84(V++) as a yearling, a very good score for a yearling. The most exciting thing about him, though, was that he was the product of three generations of does who appraised with excellent udders. He was a Paisley son, a Ginny grandson and a Haiku great grandson. His kids are consistent in type and wide in the escutcheons. His kids are very slow maturing though, you have to be patient. They appear slab sided and lanky until around four years of age, but once they come into their own, watch out!!!! This buck is not for folks in a hurry on their breeding programs, but the wait is well worth it. We'll use his semen heavily next year. Ruby is our lovely daughter from Encore.
