Big Max

GCH ++*B High Caliber Marvin's Big Max  N000633288

DOB:  4/20/1985

LA: FS 89 or FS 90

We really like Big Max and have used him three times to date in our herd.  GCH ++*B High Caliber Marvin's Big Max is a proven Marvin son. Max has daughters in 17 herds (7 states) that have LA'd. His 53 daughter LA average is 82.6. He has sired many champion daughters and sons who, in turn, have produced many champions. He crosses well when bred to other Marvin herds and outcrosses well with Cadillac, LaHonda Springs, and Conquest lines. His daughters and granddaughters have appraised as high as 91. He sired several top ten does at National Shows, including the 1st place yearling milker at the '88 Nationals. He increases stature and milk and throws beautiful heads. He has 64 daughters in 20 herds with 142 lactations under their belt (or udder so to speak) on milk test.  He is ranked in the 86 percentile with a reliability of 84%. His PTA for milk is +127; PTA for fat is +3.8  and PTA for protein is +4.9.  I believe he is a buck that comes together very nicely for show and milk.
